Rules and Regulations of the lake “AQUARIUM”

The sports-fishing lake “AQUARIUM” is EXCLUSIVELY intended to be used for sports fishing.

IT IS PROHIBITED:

• Lighting up of fires in the vicinity of the lake.
• Bringing in drinks in plastic packaging.
• Preparation of food at the fishing positions.
• Bringing in pressurised gas tanks.
• Littering the water and the surroundings.
• Disturbing and destroying of the animal and plant life of the lake.
• Cutting of trees, branches and degradation of the vegitation is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
• Use of unapproved fish sacks.
• Fishing in the area marked with the sign ТРАЈНА ЗАБРАНА (PERMANENT RESTRICTION), except with special permission.
• Night fishing between 21:00 – 05.00 (except with a special permission)
• Fishing by children under the age of 10.
• Fishing by children between the ages 10 – 15, without being accompanied by an adult.
• Fishing outside the time specified by the purchased Fishing Permit.
• Fishing with more than 2 (two) fishing tackles, each fitted with one hook, except with special permission.
• Fishing with a tackle not fitted with a Reel, except with a special permission.
• Use of fishing line below size No. 0.18 and hook below size No. 6.
• Use of chemical substances for feeding and luring that are NOT INTENDED for feeding fish.
• Forceful and uncontrolled taking out of the water of the caught fish.
• Touching the caught fish on the body and head with dry hands.
• Touching the fish in the eyes, gills and removing the hook with various items such as twigs, wires and similar.
• Not using a holding pouch (supplied at EVERY position).
• The holding pouch and the catcher must always be wet.
• The caught fish is to be carefully photographed and IMMEDIATELY returned to the water.
• The fishermen who wish to purchase the caught fish are required to state that in advance when getting the fishing permit.
• It is permitted to purchase only Carp and Grass Carp of 1 - 4 kg.
• Caught samples of Carp and Grass Carp of under 1 kg, Catfish, Silver Carp, Tench and Eel are to be IMMEDIATELY returned to the water.
• Entering the water of more than half-meter depth.
• Throwing uncooked seeds of grains and other plants as well as LIVE bait. PROPER bait may be found at the specialised shop at the entrance.

WE RECCOMEND

• Reporting to the Security when leaving.
• Reporting the caught fish.
• Reporting all damaged fish to the Security or members of Ecofish.
• Using semi-fixed weights for more successful fishing.
• Keeping the fishing permit until the end of your visit.
• Generally it is not allowed to make any excessive noise at the lake.
• The angler is responsible for the behaviour and any damages to property caused by those who are accompanying him/her and are not themeselves fishing.
• Use and keep clean the outdoor toilets.
• Alcohol in large quantities and sport do not MATCH. Behaviour under influence of alchohol shall NOT be tolerated.
• Please park your vehicles in the space provided.
• AquariumEcofish is a child-friendly environment. It is therefore recomended that childreen of up to 10 years of age stay in their own recreational park for their own safety.
• Please reserve your fishing position for the weekends and holidays. The number of anglers on the lake is LIMITED.
• Do not leave the fishing equipment unattended. Damage or loss of this equipment is your own responsibility.

The members of EcoFish have the right, at all times, to remind and if necessary direct anglers on the AquariumEcofish rules.

Respect the other anglers. They too, just like yourselves, have come to enjoy SPORTS fishing.

The caught fish is to be photographed as soon as possible and then returned to the water. It is not allowed to transfer the caught fish without a prescribed ECO sack. Show off the photo, it could find itself in our album or on our WEB site.

THE SECURITY HAS THE RIGHT AT ALL TIMES, TO CARRY OUT INSPECTION OF THE CAUGHT FISH, AND THE ANGLERS ARE REQUIRED TO COOPERATE WITH THEM.

If the stated rules and regulations of the Sports-fishing-ecological-society "EcoFish" have been disregarded, the following measures (depending on which rule/s have been broken) may apply: WARNING, a revocation of the right of further stay and fishing or a TEMPORARY or PERMANENT ban to fish or visit the lake "AQUARIUM".
